Hmmm. We lived in San Jose, which is pretty much Earthquake Central, but our foundation was relatively level. The sealant struck me as being flexible, just relatively water-tight. Then again, I could be wrong. I am constructionally challenged.

Regardless, here's hoping that it will reshape nicely as it dries. *crosses fingers*
