OK... the good news, if your job argues, is that the CDC no longer trusts the rapid swabs and outpatient tests to differentiate H1N1 from 'regular' Influenza A and B.

Bottom line: CDC guidelines would strongly argue that if you've had a influenza-like prodrome, you can reasonably be assumed to have had influenza -- and this year, that's overwhelmingly H1N1.
