Great Galloping GOO
Jim's home sick. Yes, it looks suspiciously like
silverkun's 'allergy/smog reaction' he had while he was here - add that one to the list.
Uh oh. Haunt is Thursday. THIS Thursday.
Not going to make it. I can tell you that now.
But...I was going to get DL passes for
nytshaed - and bring them to the Haunt. Now, no Haunt - how am I going to get them to her?
AUGH. FSK!
The dog refused to eat this morning. She's begun a hunger strike. She wants The Boy back. You know, the 11-year old who dragged her into mud puddles and then into the shower with him? That boy. I've had a nice little talk with her about little boys who don't live with us, but brought her in (and watched the kitties with a weather eye) - and low and behold, she ate all the cat food.
Faker.
But I also went home at lunch and brought her back in for some pack time with me while I ate my lunch. *sigh* She's lonely. Okay.
The kitties were very interested, but didn't freak out. The kitten actually thought Spice's wagging tail most interesting and began batting at it.
However, that puts 4 cats and 1 dog in close proximity to each other, and I begin to feel like the center of a thunder herd.
But - the dog needs to eat. And, stuff.
Hmm. The guys at work are talking about motorcycles and planes for evacuation - well, at least the plane idea I came up with on my own. But the motorcycle idea defintiely has some merit....
