I don't know what I'd do if the water rose that high where I live. Go to Mt. Wilson or something. Even so, that would be quite a panic.
Of course, I'm not sure what the elevation of El Monte is either...
As for Dumbya... Randi Rhodes put it best: He's avoiding Hurricane Cindy (Sheehan), as well as Hurricane Katrina.
