Never was a big fan of the recall ability in Cali... I guess those progressives in the late 1800's feared the governer's power or something. Anyway, I doubt it will happen, since the election for Gov is in 2006 and if there was a recall, the person would get like 3 months before the Fall election ousts him/her.
