They found him. Tschah. It was a matter of time. You think people suck and consider this unworthy of attention? No.

Authorities said that after killing his wife, Xue, 53, fled to Australia. A security camera recorded him apparently leaving his 3-year-old daughter at a train station in Melbourne before he flew to Los Angeles and went into hiding, police said.

Xue, the publisher of a Chinese-language magazine in New Zealand and a well-known figure in the ethnic Chinese community in Auckland, was arrested in Chamblee, Ga., on Feb. 28 after a residents of Chinese descent there recognized him from media coverage.

Xue was deported from the United States for overstaying a 90-day visa. U.S. immigration officers handed over the manacled martial arts expert to New Zealand police when plane landed early Monday.

They also report he is "happy" to be back. Suuuuure.

I wish they would deport other illegals so quickly. I know of someone who is here on an expired visa, and really needs to be sent home. We've reported the person but they have done nothing about him.

Of course he's happy to be in NZ. Georgia has the death penalty for such things. Furthermore, the inmates down in Jackson are liable to do the state's dirty work for it if they hear you abandoned your kid like that. The Kiwis are apt to be *civilized* to him.

Point. Problem is, to deport people on expired visas - and nothing more - requires funding to provide people to - uh - go out there and DO IT.

Unlike people who the public basically handed him over to law enforcement. Cheap, that was.
