Finally.

You've heard of TJ and Amal, right? My good friend [livejournal.com profile] gallo_de_pelea's pet project - they keep her up nights, hardly shutting up long enough for her to get their stories down to paper...and I hope someday, they'll be on store shelves and paying for her retirement someday.

They're really good boys.

One of the things they tend to do is create soundtracks in their wake, however.

And yeah, I got sucked in. At least three of the tunes on the list would not let me stop working on the mix...so here it is, finally done.

*facesmacks* At least four of the songs are almost as old as I am - and three of them are off one album. A really GOOD album, but still -

I burnt a CD out of iTunes, copied the files to a folder and added the track list in a .txt file. Zipped it up. If you like the tunes, buy the albums please -

This has to be the most laid back mix I've ever heard relative to the project. It's clearly for driving through the night when there isn't much to talk about and plenty to ponder. I remember lots of larks out at night (pick a direction, start driving - have pie, then go home. Arrive home about 3:00 AM the next morning) and this assortment reminds me of the mixtapes we used to make.

*clears throat* This was also when CB radios still worked, I might add.

So here goes - TJ & Amal - Love is Stupid, Funny...and Incredible.

Hope you like it - and I assure you, you'll enjoy the comic even more.

Let me know how it goes - I'm still pretty much a tech n00b when it comes to pubbing fst files....

It should be a zip file - containing one folder with all the goodies. ^^

I tried to d/l it, but it's like *.cda files which are like... they know how large the music should be but it won't play or anything, as it's looking for the cda file from the path from your HD (instead of mine). Probably why it was so small.

Looks like I'm going to have to remaster it.

What I did was burn a CD disk - then copied the files into a folder, added a track list and zipped it up.

Now, for my next trick - making mp3 files of the stuff that didn't start out that way. Fuuuuuun.
