Boy, I wonder what other little breakable thing that I really didn't know what to do with is broken at home.

Yup, 4.1. Just now. Yay.

USGS map puts it right about where the one was Sunday night; about a km closer to the surface. (That means that it's actually a weaker quake, since it passed through less of the crust and still seemed weaker...)

We didn't feel this one over in SGV, but several of my friends on the west side that did say they're fine.

What worries me is that USGS is saying this is another aftershock from the other night. Most of the aftershocks from the Lennox quake were reading at 3.1 and lower. Not to mention- they were all within 24 hours of the Lennox quake.

I sure felt it in San Gabriel... And yes, this could be an aftershock... according to things I've read in the past... aftershocks can continue beyond the original 24 hrs.

Donna - My mom had a pair of ceramic pheasants that were a wedding or anniversary gift, and she hated them. Because she was in Los Angeles, she made a point of putting them where they would most likely fall over and break, if an earthquake hit. They always, always fell over the wrong direction. They were the bane of her existance. She gave them to me when she moved. The tail has broken off one of them, and I'm not sure where the other is - it's in storage, and my mom never has to see it again :D

So far, only a washcloth jumped into the bathroom sink to show anything at all. WIN.
