kyburgWell, it turns out we can qualify for an FHA. With only 3% down.
Suffice it to say, this baby is going to be fucking approved before I use it writing an offer.
*ahem* Going to the loan office this evening after work to sign paperwork to get it underway.
We may end up with a house out of this yet - if we're willing to handle the payments, the upper limit on an FHA loan is higher than the one on a VA - we can qualify for more this way.
I get a fortune cookie at lunch today - "You have so much to be thankful for."
Yes...yes, I do. I can work without being hindered by any kind of illness or disability. I have enough money to pay the bills. I can replace Jim's Palm without blinking.
