Forget the jibes about there being too much office space in Manhattan. If you build it, they will come.
I want the WTC back. Right where it was.
I can't have things the way they were before 9/11.
But we can have the WTC back better than it was.

(And they got the cleanup completed three months ahead of schedule and under budget. Is that totally American cool or what?!)

Which raises the question where will the money come from, and if you ask me, all those billions that were raised for family relief should be doled out in terms of Fifty thou for families who weren't covered by Insurance and the rest should go towards the rebuilding of the towers.
