Fell asleep about 1:30 this morning. Woke up at 6:30 with Dave Koz. Okay. That's fine.
Fed doggie. Went to feed self, discovered milk had Gone Bad. Lumpy bad. AUGH! Run away!
Okay, I'm awake.
Begin drive to work. Go to make first left turn of the day to discover that the left turn has a "ROAD CLOSED" sign on it. Suckage.
Lessee.
12 additional turns later, I am going in the correct direction again. Why they decided to destroy Torrance Blvd on a Monday escapes me. The upside to this is three Krispy Kremes and a bottle of water, which normally aren't obtainable on my usual route.
And Artesia Blvd is nearly empty. WTF? But I get to work.
To find that the translator has thrown up and and eaten itself. I recompile one map, unpload it and all is well. WTF?!
The whole day has been like that. I'm not sure if it's a good day or a bad day...I keep getting conflicting signals.
The boss brought the sweetest white nectarines in to work this morning to share. Cleaned, sliced, cold and wonderful. I even got the last piece. Mmmmmmm.
Desperately need a nap. Lunch helped, but not enough.
And no, higher intellectual functions are not available at this time.
