kyburgWe were watching some Ruroni Kenshin over the weekend. We do that, on occasion - yanno, look at DVDs we own more than once.
End of the Kyoto arc, of course. And there was little tune running in the background - really nice, quiet and sweet.
And I recognized it from an old Billy Joel album.
Hate it when that happens.
Turns out Joel lifted it from the same place the Kenshin folks did - it's Beethoven's sonata "Pathetique."
Damned earworms.
