[livejournal.com profile] chocolate_frog, [livejournal.com profile] varna - are you sure you two aren't taking the same class?

Weird.

And then again...maybe not. *grin*

One of the four houses Mom and I drove by on Saturday was still available. And that one will do very nicely, thank you.

Cute neighborhood, cute house...3 bedrooms (can cut that to two if we want one of them larger), one big bathroom, big kitchen, covered patio, big backyard...potential out the ass.

Room price-wise to compete. Twenty minutes from work. In Gardena, where I want to be.

*whew*

Now, the hitch is whether FHA will fund a loan for my house when the percentage of owner-occupancy is less than 50%. Sheesh. It wasn't an issue when I bought there with an FHA...but maybe things have changed.

Dunno what they buyer will do if they don't want to fund FHA. We'll see.

But if the offer firms up, we have a house to make an offer on. This is much better.

Going to the Hartman's to borrow the Mavica. Time to plan the trip in earnest.

T-4 days and counting.
