BTW, we found the drill.

And the bathroom scale.

After a year of not trying hard, not joining WW, not making it to the gym on a regular basis, not eating differently, less or whatever -

You know what this year has been like.

Last year - 183.

This morning - 169.

Damn, GameBoy works! (Not.)

If this is a result of moving away from a 2.5 hour commute each way and eating MickeyD's coming and going - this is only the beginning. We haven't been here three months yet.

Heh. Next up - finding the DDR pad.

[livejournal.com profile] trcabbage?

We don't know anyone like this, do we?

Nah. Never heard of such a thing. Such duplicitous behavior. It would be impossible to get away with.

She did it three times already.

Jim has the history with folks from Indiana, not me. But there are days I wonder.

How utterly cruel.

Yup. E-Machine bit the big burrito.

What did I put in its place? The upstairs machine - older, slower and full of crapola.

Dead reliable.

So far.

This machine is such a legacy system, it ain't funny. It has a 5 1/4" floppy drive from the first XT - that's how old this thing is. This is the machine Cliff and I began with; we just kept swapping things out as the technology improved.

133Mhz raw *cough* computing power. Chock-full of memories.

I just finished deleting the old AfterDark directories.

Awwww man. Some things should just go away on their own after this much time and mileage. Yanno?

*pats gently* We've been through a lot, haven't we?
