Good morning!
Nov. 9th, 2003 07:52 amJim has stolen all the covers.
project29 has it's enrollment post up - you want to participate this month, you need to get on the list by the 12th.
And then I looked at the project list that whole idea is taken from - click here.
Hmm. I was also watching "Paramedics" on Discovery Health last night - if you were too, and you noted that the teams were based in Los Angeles - good for you - those two stations are directly north of me, and some of the incidents reported, happened just north of me. Like, 12 or so blocks north. In the rough parts of town that I wouldn't buy a house in. The motorcycle accident at 190th and Vermont is REAL close to me. I think the Skechers store is on that corner. However, the point of mentioning this is I got to see the inside of the firehouse bunkroom - and it's beds, a weight bench and that's all folks. You could add cheap-ass hotel art to the walls and it would be an improvement. Wouldn't Project #5 be a good idea? Functional is fine, functional is good - but bare walls are just ugly.
Picked up "Finding Nemo" yesterday - I think Jim and I would be turtle parents. Other thoughts - Wannahawkaloogie. And a few pokes at our culture that completely got in under the radar. But that's what Pixar is known for - and each film gets better and better and better. Disney wants to do nothing but anymore - so the scuttlebutt says - wonder how they're going to manage when Pixar has had enough of them.
I am sick of doing what I have to do - the list grows longer. Bah. Time to go do something mind-numbing and repetitive.
