Overheated Toast Juice

I can tell I'll likely be up late tonight into the wee hours.

It's too damned hot to be awake.

I woke up for breakfast, went back to sleep and then woke up for lunch. I'm tempted to do the same for dinner, but I have water running and laundry to process.

And the house looks like crap. Oh well.

But this is about the speed my brain is functioning at - so, going to make the best of it and catch up on the coupon clipping. That, and lists.

And pay bills.

And...stuff.

Jim's at work. No hootchie for me. Damn.

The laundry is done, but not put away. The dishes are done. The coupons are gone through, clipped and the expired ones thrown out.

I am now going to sit down and read a book. *sticks out tongue* Maybe I'll stay awake long enough to finish a few pages.

And Jim just got off work - five will get you ten, he won't be awake fifteen minutes after he gets home.

And I'll be back up again at 6:30 AM.
