Leftovers! Those lovely things that make you feel good twice...well, three times if you're us. ;)

Stumbled upon one of the best pot pie treatments you can toss together in 15 minutes, bake for 40 and have awesome dinner.

Take some leftover turkey, say about 2 cups worth chopped up. Take another two cups of mixed frozen veggies. Buy a pre-made pie crust and find a good brand of roasted turkey gravy.

Put the bottom layer of the piecrust in a pan. Add the turkey. Zap the frozen veggies for about 3 minutes, drain. Toss on top of the turkey. Add enough of the good gravy to blend the two together, sprinkle with some dried minced onion from the pantry, salt and pepper, put the top crust on, vent and put in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.

And you got dinner.

Enjoy - and see you tomorrow!

I live in Los Angeles. Next question.

EDIT: I really ought to qualify that, because it's pertinent. YES, I've met people everyone would recognize by name because of their occupation. You know what sucks hardest?

Because of that fame, you may meet - but that's it. Unless you share that occupation, industry, whatever. Because 'the public' can be dicks. And step waaay over the line just to make sure that was the line, oh did you mean THAT line?

I love meeting people, as long as they like meeting me. That's the rule.
