kyburgWe have a cat that has to be in the middle of whatever I'm doing, and purrs like a Mack truck when I pick her up to move her out of the way. Just to move her out of the way.
Jim picks her up, makes much of her and generally worships the ground she walks on - squirm, kick and bitch up a storm.
So I give that a go.
Little twit luuuurves me even more. I give up.
Ever had a cat walk through an open CPU case while you were putting in a network card? Right between the motherboard and the fan. Tail tickling the power cables and the ribbon cables to the hard drives.
Good thing I seat everything securely. That was the 486 and it just begs for one more reason not to work.
The cat was sent out of the room -
This is going to sound harsh - likely it is - heard about the Jakarta Marriott bombing.
In Indonesia. Very Muslim Indonesia. Targeting American interests? Well, maybe.
So far, all the victims have been very Muslim Indonesians.
This crap makes as much sense as the Watts Riots did. Targeting non-black folks? Just about all of the people killed were black, the businesses destroyed and homes ruined were owned by black people.
Stupid, stupid, stupid. Makes as much sense as boycotting French restaurants in San Bernardino.
Those poor folks. I hope they find their Timothy McVey.
