If you haven't noticed lately, I am getting VERY pissed off at having to relive my political adolescence.

VERY vexed.

I mean, who should be missing John Denver, Peter Paul & Mary, John Lennon - that was then, this is now - and now should not be like then! I mean, then SUCKED ROCKS.

When they said "don't trust anyone over 30," they meant it. Of course, that was after we'd spent nearly two decades killing all the males under that age in Vietnam. All of them they could grab off the streets, and all of them that enlisted hoping to avoid it.

And that's just topping the list.

So yeah, I'm mad.

I have a site that's going to die of neglect, and that would be a shame. I need to spark my authors, and I need more authors, but mostly, the discourse has to happen.

The more I read of you, the more valuable I believe you'd be to that discussion.

Wow. Nice site - and I sense the hand of legitimate moderation. Not to knock LJ, but you have a community here on the extreme edge of whatever opinion, you have a locked gate and lots of back slapping - but little real discussion to resolve the issue.

You want to hear it from all sides, folks - this is the place - go check it out.

Actually, there isn't any moderator at all at the moment, but if this site takes off, I'll need one. Still seeking people who would be interested in that. Meanwhile, I'm looking for authors. Right now I have a few liberal non-party-affiliated contributors, though I have two moderates with conservative leanings, one of whom has yet to make a first post, darn it.

I want a broad range of viewpoints. Finding people who have or can make time, that's hard.

Me - I'll confuse the heck out of you. VERY conservative on some points - and likely too liberal on others. I might keep people guessing or just piss them all off.
