Payday Friday Hoorayday
Oct. 9th, 2009 01:15 pmWe made it - with only one small loan to ourselves. Much improved, but still needs work.
Just when I think I won't get caught up to where I was before The Day Without Internet (yesterday, because most of it was spent driving), I go 500+ and there it is...where I stopped Wednesday night.
I am salivating for
yuletide. I've also had the bitchsmack of accepting I didn't know what the eff to do with the Geocities shite except that I didn't want to risk losing anything I didn't know I had...seriously...and paid $$$ to move it all over to Yahoo.
Yes. I paid money to Yahoo. Poke fun and laugh at will. I also now have three domains, all hosted externally and this vexes me. Will make getting webserver at home a near priority this next year, you just wait.
Secondary bitchsmack is discovering the last thing I finished, even as fan fiction, was in 1992. Yes, I love writing. I do not get to do much of it these days. It's expensive. (See salivating for
yuletide. I've been able to do that two years in a row. This year will be the third. Nanowimo is in November. They are MENTAL.)
I have a ton of things I must do at home when I get there. Because I don't have the address information on me. *looks at bag she carries everwhere that already does not close* I don't think another piece of tech is going to fix this problem. Considering string tied around finger to remember.
In other news, we attacked the Moon and Obama got a Nobel Peace Prize. This has been a STRANGE morning.
Tomorrow, I go visit the apple trees.
