We saw Spiderman 2 this evening.

The violin lady must die.
Sam Raimi still tugs at hearstrings like the veteran of Bollywood that he is.
The train fight scene was incredible.
I think Mary Jane's wedding dress would look fabboo on [livejournal.com profile] ceolyn -
...and Tobey McGuire needs to do other films. He's adorable.

Past that? I still love Superman best.

I just have to comment on your icon. I love it! It made my day. ^_^

As for Spider-man, if only all movies could make me as happy as that one.

He's actually done a fair amount of stuff already (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001497/), according to IMDB. But yes, it will be interesting to see how his career unfolds in the future.

Yes, Tobey has starred in a fairly diverse number of films. And he's kinda beginning to break the trend of playing a cute adolescent boy in nearly all of his films. He was pretty good in Seabiscuit, but a little freaky as the hitchhiker in Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas.

If you haven't seen it yet, you should see Wonder Boys. It's such a great film, and Tobey Maguire's character is actually really interesting.

I finally saw Spiderman 2 a few days ago, after a number of people told me that Doctor Octopus reminded them of me.
