There is a term, I guess. When a recruiter calls and wants to know if you’re interested in an opening that sounds and appears to be just like that gig you walked away from - the misogynist, ageist number that mommy-tracked you when you became a parent. And would likely have terminated you had you not left first.
And now, they’re willing to pay three times as much. Because they haven’t kept anyone in the job for more than a year since you left.
Leaving was awful. But it looks I stuck it out longer than anyone else.
I wish them luck and hope they find what they want.
