Okay, we ARE having Thanksgiving at my house.

Mom failed her treadmill stress test Friday.

That means they have to retake it - and that's Thursday. Probable cause, too much BP medication and her BP was too low - she got short of breath, and they stopped the test.

Keep good thoughts. If they can't get the clearance for surgery, I don't want to think about the outcome without it.

They can perform the stress test without the treadmill too - all they do is administer medication via IV and then monitor her for awhile. I'm surprised that wasn't brought up as an option.

I know, I know - this is just taking too long. I don't know why they didn't just go to that right away.
