It doesn't sound fatal at the moment. Just 'wish it was fatal' stuff - if I were her, I'm certain.

Hope she's doing okay. I know I've spent too much time in the ER when they've gotten to the point of recognizing me on sight, and I start calling the nurses by their first names. *sigh*

My Mom says that the treatment for cancer has a higher probability of killing you than the cancer will. She is suffering from the after effects of the chemo that left a vibrant woman crippled, with a poor sense of balance and half the energy she had before. I wish your mom luck, seems the doctors still 'practice' medicine and they get it right some of the times.
