6 calls later, and two drivebys and I still don't have the address of the yutzes down the street.

I'm on hold with City Planning - they should be able to tell me where these folks actually, well, live. I think this is intentional. If you don't have an address, you can't file a complaint. Simple, effective and no fucking way is it stopping me.

I'm on hold. I've been there a while now. Los Angeles County, doncha know.

If all else fails, can you peek in their mailbox? I take it they don't have a visible street # sign anywhere on the house (or on the houses adjacent to it).

I use the county tax assesor maps on their web site. Always up to date right down to the plat of land they sit on :-)
