kyburgOffer accepted, list price and we're in escrow.
45 days...lessee, that would make the OUT day 12/11 or 12/12 -- and I think we'll be staying a week out of the house while I replace carpeting and paint walls.
We'll be home for Christmas. Count on it.
Now, the only wrinkle would be not being able to put a offer on the house on Wilkie - but that's tomorrow.
This has been one of the most scattered days on record.
