kyburgYeah, I've gone home at lunch the last two days. Will probably do it again tomorrow.
It's an hour round-trip, even though there's no freeway travel (unless I want to put some of the drive on the 405). *sigh*
The weather is good, just good enough I'd really like to play hooky - oh, wait. I am on Friday. So I can burn a vacation day taking care of HOUSE STUFF. *arg*
To the good, there is crockpot chicken waiting at home for dinner - all I have to do is dress out some veggies and we're done. (I've even gotten the CSA box home and put away already.)
I'd like a nap now. And a cookie.
