caitlin should have some Old Chicago Pizzerias near her. They do have a good pizza that is sort of like a "taco pizza," has bbq chicken (though I usually omit that), chilis, beans, and cheddar cheese. I'm forgetting a couple of ingredients, but that one should satiate the "taco pizza" thingy.

As for your quiche? You know what goes into tacos, you don't need a stinking Lawry's recipe. Just your nearby Jons, or even Ralphs 'ethnic isle' for the appropriate spices: cilantro, cumin, paprika, chilis, other peppers, meat of choice, and appropriate cheeses.
