Just offhand I can recall Napoleonic France, a generic Arthurian fantasy land (dragons and all), 1930s-era Los Angeles ("Welles, Orson." "Brain, The."), post-WWII Vienna, Sherwood Forest, Hamlet's Denmark, the American Revolution, and even deep pre-history.
