For small-timers like ME, this doesn't offer much. I can just look at my profile -the friendlies list is small enough- and still discern changes. But looking at yours I can see where it might be helpful :)

I'm with Snooks...I don't have me listed in many places at all and my friends are all either really my friends or people who are friends of a friend and getting to be actual friends.
I use my journal as a..well.. journal* grin*, so it wouldn't draw much interest from folks who don't know/care about me.
