Took it for granted, did you?

I keep telling you.

If you're 'progressive' - it's very likely the only thing you want is to be left alone. And people jibber-jabbering nonsense just sounds like people with nothing else to do with themselves.

You'd better listen. Because there are too many people out of work, scared and have nothing else to do but get even more scared. And there are those who'd love to lie to them and keep all the goodies for themselves in the process.

And they've got all the time and media in the world to make as much noise as they want.

Time to get loud and rowdy and not let another one slide.

And for the record, I'd never heard of either candidate in MA until this week. WRONG.

(I'd be a Democrat. Riiiiight.)

If I say that your tag of "failsauce" gave me the first good laugh of the day, would that be alright? :D

This post makes more sense than all the wailing and hair-tearing I've been wading through.

The 'other side' uses fear, uncertainty and doubt quite effectively. Anger, too. We need to sandbag the tea party before it takes everyone down.

Regarding the not hearing of the candidates, that shouldn't be surprising. We're all the way in California, and it's not our race.

That said, everything I heard about the dem was seriously messed up. She made so many mistakes, and obviously seemed like she didn't want the seat.

The party is making similar mistakes in Colorado, and it's causing a small schism. Bennett doesn't deserve the senate seat there, but Romanov does.

That said, the dems shot themselves in the foot months ago over this whole stupid health care thing. They STILL HAVE A MAJORITY, but have spent more time cowtowing to the career politicians on the right, rather than listening to their constituents. Oh, and let's not forget 2003 in MA, shall we? There's a whole steaming pot of hypocrisy there, and I'm so pissed off at the party, I'm just going to make popcorn and watch them destroy themselves.

It's time to get rid of the 2 party system all together.

By get rid of, I mean, let's add more parties to the pot. The dems don't represent me anymore, the GOP never did.
