Oh.

I've a new CD from Starbucks that's nothing but tango music. I'll let you know if this is a good idea or not later.

So far, I know nothing about how this weekend is going to go. I'm going to try calling Dad about 10:30, wish me luck.

You've heard about the Disney program to give a day as a volunteer, get a Disney pass into one of the parks? You really should check it out if you haven't already - some of the tasks aren't that demanding, if you can do them while you're as sick as I've been, and we did!

This was the organization that got our day. And I never even knew they were there - that was worth the trouble to begin with!

Now, to get this group handshaked with the National Center for the Preservation of Democracy that sits next to the Japanese-American National Museum. Wonder if the two even know of each other - wouldn't that be too bad.

(Tango music sure uses a lot of accordians.)

What tasks did you do - sounds like an interesting organization?

They essentially needed a shopping trip for supplies. Very low impact/high return. And it's a great place!
