Two things.

One, after reasonable consideration, determined that I had somewhat given up saying 'no' for Lent. Now is a good time to ask me for things. Limited time offer and all that. Keep in mind, I hadn't made any kind of conscious decision about this...it just sort of happened.

So if I seem to be busier than ever, it's my own fault. ^^

Two, those of you who don't think Cliff hasn't been by yet? Plug your ears when my new, smart as a brick Android phone goes off with a Facebook notification.

Because somehow, some way, 'I Get Around' by The Beach Boys got programmed in there as the notification tone...AND I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO SHUT IT OFF.

Cliff would have *hated* Facebook and he hated the Beach Boys. Right now, I hate my phone.

Ok, here's one for you. When you get some time, let's all meet up for coffee. I want to meet the kiddo still, and it's been forever since we've chatted in person. Remember, I preface this with a 'when you get some time,' because I know just how busy life is.

If this is the official FaceBook app that you're talking about:

- tap the FB icon to get to the main screen
- press your menu button (on my phone this is a group of four little squares, yours may be different)
- press Settings
- Scroll down by sliding your finger up the screen from the bottom until you see "Notification Ringtone"
- Tap "Notification Ringtone" and pick something less ...awkward

If I had to venture a guess, I'd bet you've added or removed some music from your phone - Android sometimes (stupidly) uses an index number rather than a filename for picking notifications, and when the song list changes, it doesn't correctly update.

If not, it may just be wonky code for your brand of phone, I've run into a lot of that on mine and it's mainly just careless, sloppy programming on the part of the phone vendor. :(

What I got recently was a system upgrade, courtesy of Sprint and Samsung.

And the main screen? Only allows me to refresh the page.
