kyburgMy agent stopped by yesterday to give me some paperwork to sign - and at the same time I'm siging escrow instructions, he's put the house back on the market.
The buyer has included an amendment to the deal designating someone else as the buyer. Someone we've never heard of - and gee, hasn't provided any funding information.
Needless to say, we're worried.
Likely going to find out more Monday, but we could fall out of escrow yet again over it.
Blargh.
