Hmmm. Nifty.
Oct. 17th, 2002 09:37 pmThe tickets for the Heather Alexander concert arrived today. That was good. Was beginning to wonder...it was a cute little invitation-sized lumpy envelope.
Lumpy? Huh?
It has little favors in it. Disks about the size of a silver dollar, I think plastic cast from a clay master...with a lil' kitty face on it. One with a green ribbon (I think because I got a CD pre-order package), the rest with purple. And paper tickets.
I've heard some of her music - I don't own a single one of the albums (hint, freakin' hint) - looking forward to this.
This portends to be a very interesting night.
Harry Potter opens the night before - anyone want to go?
Birthday cake will be the chocolate-prune-spice cake Loma Linda is famous for, with sour cream chocolate icing. Maybe I'll find some trinkets to bake into it.
Mah birthday. Heh.
silverkun, didn't call after the conference call this morning because once it was finished, you were asleep. Or you should have been. Trust me. It was really productive, getting VERY exciting...all good. *bounce*
Enjoy
digitaldraco this weekend - he's coming your way, neh?
Now, bed. What a day.
