Coconut Telegraph
Nov. 1st, 2002 11:47 amThe flight was wonderful. We had exit row seats (yanno, the ones at the door so there's nobody sitting ahead of you?), the captain was a perky little lady named Yamato and all was well.
Jim had kosher, I had vegetarian and it was good. Travel hint: if you can, order a special meal. Generally, the quality is always better that what they have to load by the ton.
The weather is perfect, I have bought something that turns my hair into a bun without pins and we have the Japanese tatami mat room for our entire stay! (boogies)
We've had a dinner and a breakfast at the Manago (and oh, I love love love their cooking) and so far, life is good. VERY good.
I feel like I've just come home for a visit.
