Hey George, Bake This!

kyburgAfter getting home, having dinner and picking up some stuff from the market - I got the following items baked and ready for the sale today:
3 batches of lemon bars
1 batch of brownies
1 apple pie
2 pumpkin pies (from scratch)
1 chocolate cake
1 vermont maple cake (from scratch
and a batch of white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.
Four baking waves, and I iced the cakes this morning. Thought I had mixes for the two chocolate cakes and one turned out to be brownies. Oh well.
Going to go get a shower and deliver the goods. According to Mapquest, she's only twenty minutes away. Yeah, and today the Long Beach Grand Prix starts.
