kyburgWell, we were both out today. Which in a way was good, as we got a call from the escrow office - we signed the papers today, folks - it's only filing and moving money and we're done. They anticipate closing to take a bit longer, so it will likely be Wednesday of next week - but our part is done. It is comforting, however - I know I've Chosen well when we can both be dog-sick and have to spend the entire day, night and next day in bed...in a place smaller than your living room...and be up at all hours...and not want to kill each other. We're not even snapping at each other, folks. We're playing Pokemon and giving each other tips...backrubs, meals, running errands, watching movies...being sick...but we're not cranky or cross with each other. I'm amazed. He didn't even complain when I asked him to frankly do everything for me yesterday.
Oh yeah. He's a keeper.
