Hiroshi is big enough to use as a foot warmer - both feet at a time. A foot warmer that trills and will happily sit on your feet as long as you stroke him.

All the presents we have are wrapped; I go to the post office on the way to work again.

Jim's Mom sent her usual gift - cash. Enough to really make a difference. What do I do? Put in the bank and spend it on bills (like we should)?

It is going in the bank, no danger. And then those bills I held back are going in the mailbox. That's only meet.

I think I'll treat Jim to a trip to the bookstore on the way back from the dentist today - that would be good.

Weekend write up when I get a moment of coherent thought - think Dickenfair, great big trees and much wonderful company. Practically perfect in every way.

But right now, I have to get to work.

I'm thinking of truncating Christmas Eve to 6:00 PM start with just desserts and drinks. Presentations at 8:00 PM, gifts following - and kick everyone out at midnight. Whaddya think?

Tired.

Going to bed. We went and finished the shopping and gave ourselves books.

Turned the television off and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We have enough. That's a whole lot more than other folks.

But it really bites not to have enough to share.

Tired.
