It never got below 81 last night. ~*whine*~

So, no writing. No cleaning up of areas needing to be cleaned.

I did find a nifty place for dinner - and spent a whole lot of time cruising the Smart and Final, but didn't buy anything.

I did manage to find half of the CD racks - but can't find the bases. No matter - I propped them both against a wall and filled them to the brim. I also found another box full of CDs that hadn't been unpacked yet. Yes, I had missed some of them. I'll rip and share some of them at the end here -

We drove through this area coming back Memorial Day - and it looked like a fire waiting to happen then. Poor folks. Pretty upscale place, too.

Mark Fiore strikes again.

Proof positive. NOBODY looks like that.

From [livejournal.com profile] tdj - Some food for thought, and then some. Subjective to the nines. I preferred the National Guard myself, but they're all busy. Cleaning up somebody else's country - and acting as Minotaur chow. (And if you think we don't do the exact same thing, you're more gullible than is safe. I'd rather we sent Big Macs. Oh, we do. Right.)

Your Musical Choices (should you choose to accept them):

Aerosmith - Falling in Love (Is Hard On The Knees)
Olive - Safer Hands
Johnny Rivers - Memphis

There is just too much that needs doing. So much that is just plain broken at work (and I'm still shaking my head over that and wondering how the hammer will fall when it does) - and broken where Jim works (came home ready to fire his place of employment at one in the morning) - and just plain up in the air all around.

I'm trying not to let it bother me. I might just barely be making it.

Something that crossed my mind today. *sighs wistfully* That was a good post.

Sis said she was going to call me back last night and didn't do it. *grump* Thanks.

Maybe if I get something done here, I'll feel better. I just have to resist the urge to keep adding things to the pile. I do that, when what's on the list isn't coming together. Dead giveaway I'm stressed.
