Over the weekend? I died.

Suicide, from the initial reports - but you can read her friends list. This is awful.

The whys are deafening - but then again, I'm reminded how my father died. I don't think his was an intentional death either - but if you're self-medicating with seconal, the results aren't good there either.

And depressed people considering suicide are often surrounded by people who love them.

It's also abysmally easy to talk yourself out of anything - your good times, your best features, your innate value as a living creature. When it gets too easy, you likely have a depressive issue or two. Maybe something as simple as a score of bad habits you need to break.

The flip side is that it's just as easy to talk yourself into something, if you give it the same chance.

Give yourself that extra space today. And spend that extra resource -

Dream big. That's where your future lies.
