I'm a big proponent of psychiatric therapy. But I don't advocate it for every ill, nor do I believe that talking about things, in and of itself, will solve every problem.

You gotta work. The job of the therapist is to suggest, guide and teach one towards productive work - period.

In other news?

Brought out the inflatable mattress and the featherbed to go on top of it. And found the DDR pad.

So, naturally, I had to test it to make sure it still worked, yanno? It's been in storage for two years!

I so suck. But, the suckage is less than I remembered - so there's hope yet.
