kyburgI went up to see my CERT leader here at work and was properly outfitted with a little red pack that goes in my purse that has, among many other things, gloves.
*taps chin* Though I still think I'd have to dig too long to get to them in a real pinch - going to go surf up some better alternatives. Things I can stick in my pocketses.

Keeping things cool and quiet here at work - it's a big bug-out due to vacations right now, so I'm keeping an eye on a number of things I normally don't give a second thought to. It's odd - and boring, to be blunt.
Weekend a blast - I truly enjoy Nisei Week so. Really will give thought to contacting the LTSC about next year's Tofu Festival (probably oncecatsonmars gets back - I need two heads for this one) - without seating or any overhead shade, it really got difficult to do that event comfortably. It just needs a tweak here and there. I'd hate to see it close over this sort of a change, really would.
Don't want to look at the checkbook. Grr. Will have to today, sometime. Grr.
