kyburgI know, I know. Maine. Hooray. I also got email this morning saying the Supreme Court is probably going to say its piece here in California on the matter Soon.
You know the matter in question. No, it's not about gay marriage - not in California anymore, it's not. It's about the ability to remove rights granted by a constitution by a majority vote. That's what it's about - at this point.
Also - we got to see the recipient of a face transplant today - would you like an idea of what it was like for victims of WWI battle injuries to deal with similar circumstances? (Thanks FL - you guys find the most awesome stuff.)
Still sick. Still out of time. Kid went through three changes of clothes inside of twenty minutes this morning trying to get out the door.
Made appointments for pampering on Saturday night (for both of us) and taking daycare up on their offer for childcare for Mother's Day to make it possible. Ignoring cost.
Plotting on AX childcare - it might provide an opportunity to set up backup care in the bargain (which we need to do).
