So I get this phone call....

kyburgJim calls me - kid is in for his checkup (he's on an Isoniazid regimen for suspect latent tuberculosis) and while we thought he'd get a nasal spray 'shot' for the seasonal flu, that was about it.
Uh, they did his four-year innoculations. That's four shots AND a nasal spray up his nose, thank you very much.
I went over to Target and bought toys and stickers. I don't recall ever getting more than two shots in one go, ever.
(Anyone want to poke me with sharp sticks about my choice to innoculate? I'll ruin you. And I doubt seriously I'll have to use language unsuited to a family audience, either.)
He wanted Star Wars stickers. They didn't have any, so I hope he'll be okay with Transformers instead.
Brave lil' toaster. He's getting such a hug when I get home....
