You've never done a 'secret santa'? It's where everyone picks each other's names and you give a gift and you receive a gift -

Ah, I understand it. My grandparents do that every year. I never knew that was what it was called though. I remember hearing about the Secret Santa Team, where a poor family was brought out of their house for the day while a team of people redid their entire house (painted it, new furniture, the works) and then the teams brought additional gifts for the parents and children to unwrap.

I was just wondering if this was the same thing. But either way, I guess I know what you're talking about. On Xmas Eve, after gifts are unwrapped, everyone draws a name out of a hat to see who they're buying gifts for next year.
