kyburgCame home and found water standing on the floor of the kitchen and in the light fixture...the carpets soaked both upstairs above the kitchen and downstairs next to it.
Have not a clue where the water came from. Call the HOA. They page the on-line rep who tells them (without calling me) that it's a bathroom leak and not their responsibility. The HOA doesn't call me back to tell me this.
I call Allstate. They take a new claim and call me back to tell me an adjuster won't be able to call me back tonight.
I love Allstate.
