kyburgThe lemons have arrived - so I'm having lemonade today.
HOA Alpha Female Fran is no longer taking calls from me. This office has about four people in it - I'm being passed around like an ugly stepchild. Fran no longer wants to talk to me - so, being the alpha in her pack, she doesn't have to.
But I'm just that big a bitch. Fran needs to know, say I, that I have money to pay the repairs she's made to my house on my behalf as a member of the HOA. Just wanted her to know.
Yeah. I'm covered. I'm so covered, I can pay the deductible portion of the master policy, which is $1000.00. All I need is a bill.
Which Fran doesn't seem to think I need.
And I'm certain the work that's been done hasn't been a grand's worth. So, the HOA will be out - wait for it - bupkiss.
However, she has to talk to me to get the cash. *preen*
I am looking forward to this. Oh very yes.
