kyburgState Farm contacted me, so has Allstate. Both were responding to my complaints filed with the California Board of Insurance.
State Farm is going to exert what pressure it can to get the HOA moving. Allstate is going to pay what it can under the improvements clause of the policy and bill the HOA back. They informed me that the HOA did answer the phone and told them the board is meeting either October 7th or 8th, and a decision will be made then.
I've contacted a lawyer and will have him to up to speed before then.
