kyburgMy dear, silver-haired Mother, born April 21, 1924 - has her own computer and email address for the first time in her life.
She is so cute it hurts.
I get a phone call from her yesterday to get an email address from me - so I send her a test from one of my web-based accounts - I receive an answer back this morning:
received your message.. this could be cool if i knew what i was doing but suffice to say i am completing the circle... i feel like alexander graham bell..
My mother knows how to type. And use proper title case.
When she starts speaking l33t, I will ph33r. She'll think it's cool.
